IT Service Desk Manager
6-month contract (Inside IR35)
£250pd - £350pd (Umbrella)
Central London (2 days per week in office)
Are you an experienced Service Desk Manager? Are you looking for your next immediately available contract role?
My Central Government client are looking for a Service Desk Manager to act as a point of escalation for their IT Support team. You will be a technical subject matter expert and provide 3rd line support for infrastructure (including server & network) and software across the company.
You will have the ability to deal with and manage service users and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with enterprise technology including VMware, cloud solutions, Azure infrastructure including networking, Azure AD and VM's. You will have a strong understanding of MS365 and Intune.
This is a fantastic opportunity for any IT Service Desk Manager to join a fantastic Central Government organisation on a long-term contract.
* Lead Service Desk Team of 3
* Working with enterprise technology (VMware, Cloud solutions, Azure infrastructure, Azure AD)

* Build Stakeholder relationships
* Experienced Service Desk Manager
* Ideally SC Cleared
* A strong understanding of MS365, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Intune
* Able to act as the Technical Point of Escalation
