Are you a hands-on Service Technician ready to step up into your first management role, with a clear path to grow all the way to Director and beyond?

In this role, you will run the day-to-day operations of the service shop, delegating workloads and making sure every job is completed to a high standard. You will manage a team of technicians, support the customer service side of the equipment the business sells and rents, and keep the workshop running smoothly across a varied mix of generators, motors, hydraulics, and servos.
This role is perfect for an experienced technician with strong hydraulics knowledge, looking to take their first step into management at a company where there is genuine room to grow.
The Role:
- Managing and delegating the daily workflow across a team of service technicians.
- Overseeing repairs and servicing across generators, motors, hydraulics, and servos.
- Supporting the customer service side of the equipment the business sells and rents.
The Person:
- Hands-on technician experience with strong hydraulics knowledge (12-24 volt).
- Ready to step into a first-time management role and lead a team.
- Full driving licence and able to pass a background check.
