Service Manager - Office Based
$80,000 - $110,000 + Training + Progression + Annual Bonus + 401k + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you a Service Manager from a machinery background, looking for an office based role with a market leading company, where you will play a pivotal role in their continued expansion and progress to senior management level?
This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop a team of Engineers and work closely with prestigious clients; managing a wide range of projects and mentoring your team of five direct reports.
This business are at the forefront of their industry and service major business across the US, including Target and Pepsi. They are going through a period of continued expansion and are now looking for an experienced Service Manager to help take them to the next level.
On offer is a varied role where you will be managing a team of five field engineers. You will be responsible for managing the field team, training them, identifying gaps in their knowledge, managing data and managing KPIs. You will also work cross-departmentally to help resolve customers' technical needs and issues.
This role would suit a Service Manager from a machinery background, looking to have full autonomy of the Engineering department for a rapidly expanding company offering further career progression.
The Role:
* Manage and develop a team of five field engineers
* Train your team of five engineers, manage date and manage KPIs
* Occasionally provide technical support to customers who call in for guidance
The Person:
* Experience solving machinery issues
* Experience managing teams
* Looking to play a pivotal role in the development of a close-knit team of five engineers
