Service Manager

Office Based, commutable from Worcester, Malvern, Hereford, Leominster, Ledbury and surrounding area

£40,000-£45,000 + Pension Scheme + 20 Days Holiday + Vehicle + Tools Supplied + Pension Scheme + Company benefits

Due to their success in the market the company are looking to expand their operations and are therefore recruiting a Service Parts Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of Engineers, a background in a client/ customer facing role and worked in the refrigeration sector.

The day-to-day responsibilities will see you overseeing a team of Field Service Engineers and ensure all resources are where they need be and the right time to provide a quality customer service. The successful candidate will be office based and with the occasional need to travel to a customer site to help with a project.

The Role:

  • Service Manager
  • Working alongside and dealing with customers/ clients
  • Coordinating the Field Service Engineer team and ensuring all resources are where they need to be.
  • Managing the parts and stock department

The Person:

  • Service Manager / Refrigeration Manager / Works Manager
  • Ideally have an engineering or technical background
  • Refrigeration and/or Dairy experience
  • Leadership management experience
