Are you a Shift Production Manager, from a Chemicals & Top Tier COMAH Site background, looking to join a global manufacturer, offering brilliant career prospects and a highly-autonomous role?

On offer is a highly-autonomous role, where you will lead a highly-skilled production team, to ensure that production KPIs / targets are met. You will also be heavily involved within New Product Introduction, Continuous Improvements and Lean Manufacturing.
This role suits a Shift Production Manager, from a Chemical Manufacturing background, looking to join a global manufacturer, offering progression, autonomy and further training opportunities.
The Role
- 4 / 4 days and nights, 7 rotations, 18 days off.
- Leading, managing and developing your own team.
- Ensuring that production KPIs / targets are met, whilst being involved in NPI, CI and Lean Manufacturing.

- Ideally experience as an SMC (Site Main Controller).
