Oxford (Commutable from: Abingdon, Aylesbury, Bicester, Banbury, Witney, Reading, Swindon)
£27,000 - £35,000 + Progression + Development + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

Established for over 30 years, this company manufacture for a wide range of prestigious clients across Food, Pharmaceutical, Household, Automotive and other industries. They have new projects going live in upcoming months and so require a Setter to join them and help them achieve their goals moving forward.
In this role, you'll be working in the factory alongside senior members of staff, helping to set complicated moulding machinery to the correct specification in order to produce high-quality products. You'll be responsible for establishing good working conditions for the machinery, ensuring all projects are running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have Setting experience within a Manufacturing discipline and be looking to build a career where you will receive full training within a stable and expanding company.
The Role:
- Setter (Plastic Moulding) - Mon-Fri
- Full Training on Offer
- Ensuring Machines are running at full capacity
- Shift Pattern: 3 week rolling rotation between Mornings, Afternoons, Nights
- £27,000 - £35,000 + Progression + Development + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
