This role would suit someone with Administration experience looking for a permanent, customer focused role.
The Role:
- Responsible for sales and order administration
- Entering quotations onto internal systems
- Working in a timely manner to ensure key accounts are progressed and managed
- Managing data within the company's databases and ensuring customers receive good service and prompt accurate information
- Raising credit notes and invoices for customers and services
- Issuing and booking of repair orders
- Days based role, Monday to Friday
The Person:
- Previous experience within an Administration role essential
- Experience within a customer focused role would be ideal
- Computer literate with MS Office experience
- Good communication and people skills
