Stretford, Greater Manchester
£45,000 -£50,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits + Progressive Training.

A new exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing contractor who work across multiple sectors throughout the country. The company pride themselves on delivering high spec results for their clients and progressing their employees.
This company are a Contractor who deliver a wide array of works, including industrial, commercial, and residential projects of varying scale ranging from refurbishments to new builds. They are in a period of growth since the pandemic and have an impressive order book and are therefore looking to recruit a Site Manager to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will be the number one on site, with some working away from home, so a full UK license is essential. You will be managing the day to day running of multiple sites with time restraints in mind so motivational skills and confidence in managing labour is key.

The Person:
Experienced Site Manager
Excellent communication and time management skills
Hard working attitude and motivating demeanour
The Role:
Oversee and managing the day to day duties on contracted sites.
Report to the Contracts manager.
Confidently motivate and liaise with site labour.
