This well-established principal contractor work on a range of roofing and cladding projects for a wide array of sections including local authority, social housing, public bodies and the private sector. The company pride themselves on delivering a high quality and "green" service to all clients and therefore developed long term business relationships. These relationships have continued to increase their workload and they are now looking to bring an ambitious Site Manager to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing various sized cladding build and refurbishments, ensuring that they are run efficiently, profitably, and to UK health & safety standards. The role encompasses all aspects of site management whilst also being given the opportunity to lead and motivate staff.
