Site Manager - New Build Hotel

£45,000-£55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
Excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join a well-established, privately run developer where you will have the chance to manage a new build, circa £2m hotel project that will run for roughly 40 weeks, and then move on to future commercial and residential projects.
Are you an experienced Site Manager/ Assistant Site Manager looking to step up to Site Management? Are you looking to manage new-build and refurbishment projects from start to finish in both the residential and commercial sectors?
This company have been established for 20 years and manage both new-build and refurbishment projects across the East Midlands in the commercial and residential sectors. They have a new £2 million pound hotel project in Nottingham that will run for roughly 40 weeks, where you will earn a generous salary and have chance to earn a generous bonus.
In this role you will be hands-on, based on site and be responsible for overseeing projects from cradle to grave. You will also be responsible for organising and managing the workforce, co-ordinating sub-contractors, organising materials for the projects and meeting clients to discuss progress and ongoing requirements. On offer is the chance to work on exciting projects for an established company.

- Developments only in a 1 hour radius of their office
- Working on design and build/refurb projects
The Person:
- Experienced Site Manager/Assistant Site Manager looking to progress
- Experience in commercial or residential projects desirable
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Looking for autonomy in a role
