Construction Site Manager / Uitvoerder - Multi-Storey Construction Projects

€50,000 - €60,000 + 30 Days Holiday + Pension + Long-Term Progression + Stable International Business
Are you looking for an opportunity to manage large-scale construction projects within a growing European business?
Do you have experience as a Site Manager / Uitvoerder within construction or infrastructure projects?
We are representing a well-established European construction company specialising in large-scale infrastructure and multi-storey projects. They are continuing their growth across Europe and are now looking for a Construction Site Manager / Uitvoerder to oversee a brand-new project site in Delft.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and direct employees, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer requirements. You will work closely with the Project Manager and play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of the project.
The successful candidate will come from a Construction or Infrastructure background with previous experience managing sites and teams. They will bring strong communication skills in Dutch and English or German and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
You will be joining a steadily growing international company with long-term progression opportunities into Project Management and senior leadership positions in the future.
The Role:
- Managing day-to-day operations on a large construction site
- Coordinating subcontractors and direct employees
- Ensuring projects are completed according to schedule and customer requirements
- Monitoring site safety, quality, and project progress
- Collaborating closely with the Project Manager
The Candidate:
- Experience as a Site Manager / Uitvoerder
- Background in Construction or Infrastructure projects
- Fluent in Dutch and English or German
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commutable to Delft and willingness to travel to other locations across the Netherlands
