Site Manager (Structural Steel/CDM)
Manchester, Greater Manchester
£250 - £300 per day (Umbrella/Ltd Co) Outside IR35
4 month initial contract with extension opportunities
Excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with knowledge of structural steel regulations and codes who is looking for an immediate start in an autonomous role with a rapidly growing consultancy.

This company are a leading consultancy working on a number of high level projects across the UK. They are using their diverse experience to be provide expert advice and be an integral part of specialist projects. Due to their continued success they are now looking to add to their ever growing, highly technical team.
In this role you will be working in a highly technical role where you will be the principal point of contact on site providing technical advice on all structural steel projects on site. You will survey existing structures on site and be able to provide technical advice and support to principal contractors on new installations and projects. This is a Monday to Friday role working Outside of IR35 regulations.
The Role:
- Lead role being a principal point of contact on site for technical advice
- Surveying existing structures and advise on feasibility of new installations
- Monday to Friday role working Outside of IR35 regulations
The Person:
- Site Manager with experience working on structural steel projects
- Knowledge of structural steel regulations and codes as well as CDM regulations
- Available for an immediate start working Outside of IR35 regulations
