Due to their on going success and increased workload, they are looking to recruit an experience Site Manager with experience in the residential sector to aid in the successful completion of their new exciting projects. The company actively encourage an autonomous working environment and pride themselves on a supportive culture.
In this role you will be involved in the project from set up to completion. Your duties will include but not be subject to Overseeing Sites, Management of a sub consultants, Adhering to any health and safety onsite, conduction of pre-complete inspection of properties, Home owner hand over process.
This Site Manager role provides excellent exposure to the High end residential sector. Providing the opportunity to assist on bespoke, luxury developments and be part of a growing companies success.
