Site Surveyor/Estimator (EV Charging)
Belfast
£35,000 - £40,000 + Electric Vehicle + Hybrid Working + Training + Progression + Pension + Private Healthcare Plan + Life Assurance
Do you want to join the exciting industry of EV charging, in an evolving company providing training to expand your knowledge in the renewable energy sector? Are you an experienced Estimator or Site Surveyor who has previously worked within the construction or similar industry?
This company actively invests in the public EV charging network infrastructure. They are currently in an exciting scale up phase, backed by both their sister and parent companies and are therefore looking to grow and develop even further within the industry.
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining cost effective pricing strategies within the company to ensure a profitable project delivery. This role will also involve working in unison with the sales and operation teams while also overseeing and agreeing favourable rates with subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of project materials, labour and equipment requirements as well as the ability to attend projects at the pre-construction stage to assess the bill of materials for civils and electrical works. It is also essential that you are degree educated within a Construction, Engineering or Business related discipline and previous experience in estimating and pricing of projects.

The person:
*Degree educated within the construction, engineering or business related disciplines
*Previous experience of estimating and pricing projects in a related industry
*Strong knowledge of project materials, labour and equipment requirements
*Good negotiation skills
