Site Technician - Industrial Chemicals & Manufacturing

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a global manufacturer within the industrial chemicals sector?
Do you have a technical background and enjoy working with data, stock management and customer service in a hands-on site-based role?
I am currently representing a global manufacturer within the industrial chemicals industry that has been operating for over 100 years. They manufacture specialist process fluids, lubricants and chemical solutions used across a wide range of industrial applications. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Site Technician to support one of their key customer sites in Neumünster.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring chemical fluid concentrations, carrying out stock checks, updating internal systems, and supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day operation of the site. You will receive full product training, technical onboarding and access to an online learning platform, with the opportunity to progress into a Site Manager position in the future.
The successful candidate will have a technical background through qualifications or experience, be comfortable using Excel and other IT systems, and possess strong communication skills in both German and English.

The Role:
- Collect and record data relating to industrial fluid concentrations
- Enter testing data into internal systems and monitor results
- Perform stock checks and manage inventory levels
- Work with Excel and internal software to maintain accurate records
- Support the Site Manager with administrative and operational tasks
The Candidate:
- Technical background through qualifications or experience, or experience working with chemicals/industrial fluids
- Basic IT skills including Microsoft Excel
- Fluent German with B1/B2 English
- Located in or commutable to Neumünster
