Electrician (Solar PV)

Hastings, East Sussex (Kent / Sussex patch)

£35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Bonuses + Fuel Card

Are you an electrician with a background in renewable energy, looking to join a company with some exciting projects on the horizon?

This ambitious company installs renewable storage systems across the Kent and Sussex area. They provide a high quality service to domestic properties and are looking to become one of the dominant suppliers of renewable technology in the area.

In this role you will primarily be commuting to domestic properties where you will work within a team to carry out Solar PV / Battery Storage systems. It will require a high attention to detail as work is carried out to a high standard and is perfect for someone who takes pride in the quality of their work.

The ideal candidate is a qualified electrician who has experience in installing Solar PV panels. They will have a desire to learn on new skills and share skills and experience with those in their team.

The role:

  • Liaise with clients and offer a high quality of customer service
  • Attend mainly domestic installations with a team of roofers and/or other electricians
  • Complete full installation of Solar PV / Battery storage to a high quality maintaining the company's MCS standard

The person:

  • Previous Solar PV experience / NAPIT or NICEIC qualification essential
  • Flexibility and high attention to detail
  • Clean UK driving license essential
