Are you an Engineering Manager with experience leading a mechanical design team, looking to work for a specialist manufacturer offering exciting career progression?
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding business where you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of the mechanical engineering team.
My client is renowned in their industry for their innovative products and are currently going through a period of growth. They are now looking for Manager to be based near their Griffin manufacturing facility.
In this role your main responsibilities will be to lead a team of 5 mechanical engineers working on capex projects. There is a potential to have a team of 10+ direct reports where you will take on management responsibilities for other technical teams.
This would suit a Mechanical Engineering Manager, looking to immediately progress their career with a rapidly expanding and well established business.
The Role:
- Role of Mechanical Engineering Manager with a team of 5 engineers
- Management responsibilities for other technical teams - 10+ direct reports
- Monday - Friday 40 hour week - very flexible start and finish times
