Superintendent - Masonry Construction

$80,000 - $90,000 + Progression + Bonus + Fantastic Benefits Package
Do you have hands-on construction experience and a strong background in masonry projects? Are you looking for a site-based role where you can lead work on the ground and grow with an established contractor?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and expanding masonry subcontractor, working on a range of commercial masonry projects across Jacksonville. The company has built a strong reputation in the market and is known for developing people from within, offering clear progression and long-term stability.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Superintendent to oversee masonry operations on site and help drive projects forward.
This is a site-based role where you will be responsible for coordinating crews, managing subcontractors, monitoring progress, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring masonry work is delivered to a high standard. You will work closely with Project Managers and senior leadership while taking day-to-day ownership of site activity.
This would suit someone with experience in masonry construction who is ready to step into a leadership role and progress within a respected and growing company.
The Role:
Superintendent
Site-based in Jacksonville
Overseeing masonry site operations
Managing crews and subcontractors
Supporting schedule, safety, and quality control
Working alongside Project Managers
The Person:
Strong masonry construction experience
Experience leading work on site
Good understanding of masonry processes and safety
Strong communication and organisational skills
Desire to progress within a growing company
