Exeter - Hybrid Working and Relocation Package Available

£45,000-£54,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Development + Flexitime + Up To 10% Company Pension Contribution + 26 Days Holiday + Share Save Scheme + Wellbeing Programme + £8,000 Relocation Package Available

Are you looking for a role where you will be able to have long-term job stability within a large corporation, the opportunity to gain further qualifications including your MRICS and be able to progress within the company?

Are you a surveyor who has completed or is working towards your MRICS qualification and want to work at one the largest companies in the South West?

This company are a leading utilities company who provide homes with clean drinking water and wastewater treatment services.

In this role the successful candidate will be working within the estates team working on new projects. They will be involved with site selection and the planning of pipe routes as well as arranging access to private land, acquisition of rights and negotiating values and budgets. Hybrid working is available but they will be required to be in the office at least 3-days a week.

The ideal candidate will be a surveyor who has either gained or is working towards their chartership and holds a relevant degree. They will also be commutable to Exeter at least 3-days a week and will have a driving license, as occasional site visits are a part of the job. If relocation closer to Exeter is required, the company can provide candidates with a relocation package of up to £8000.
