This Internationally successful company specialize in the Design, Manufacture and Service of a huge array of innovative technology; largely focusing on Valves and Actuators - they boast an impressive revenue of over half a billion dollars!

Due to their continued success and aggressive, yet controlled growth plans; are now looking to bring in an additional Leader to help head up their Inside Sales department.

In this role, you will be responsible for the continued development and implementation of the companies' sales processes - overseeing your group and working closely with the Senior Managers, Operations, Project Management and Outside Sales Team.

If you have proven success in Inside Sales within a Technical / Mechanical environment, this is the start of that long-term, rewarding role you've been looking for!

The role:

  • Supervising the day-to-day tasks of your Inside Sales Team
  • Reviewing Technical Drawings and other specs to provide solutions and cost estimations for customers
  • Meet with customers face-to-face, assisting with technical solutions and upgrades
  • Work closely with Senior Engineers and Managers to solve and overcome any potential issues during Proposals stage

The person:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering or related discipline
  • Technical Inside Sales Leadership experience (Valves / Actuators background would give you a distinct advantage)
  • Happy with occasional travel for customer visits (with Hybrid working options available to suit)
