The reputable privately owned housing development are currently going through a high growth phase which is supported by a thorough growth plan. . They are independently owned and boast to look after and value their staff which has meant that they have a great staff retention rate. Due to their growth they are currently looking to expand their Design team recruit a Design Manager to join their close knit team.


In this role you will be working closely the Technical team engaging in all technical and commercial aspects of Residential developments. You will be supporting the Technical team in their assisting with technical drawings using CAD. You will be collating the relevant paperwork used in the submission of information to NHBC and Local Authorities to allow issue of Completion Certificates for individual houses. You will also be conducting general administrative duties.
