Asset Manager (Solar/Renewables)
Utrecht - Hybrid
€50,000 - €70,000 + Performance based Bonus (Maximum 15%) + Pension Scheme + 30 Days Annual Leave + Commuting Allowance + Company Benefits
Are you an Asset Manager looking for a unique opportunity to join a market leading renewables organisation that have built a great reputation across Europe?
On offer is an exciting and key role within the business where you will be responsible for the optimal management of solar farms and battery systems, contract management, and maximizing performance for large international clients.
This is a fast-growing company at the forefront of Europe's renewable energy revolution. Their highly skilled team designs, develops, and delivers state-of-the-art solar energy systems that power businesses across the Benelux, France, Germany, and Scandinavia, with headquarters in the Netherlands. They are driving the transition to a cleaner, more sustainable future and are looking for a passionate Technical Asset Manager to add to the team.
This would suit someone with a strong technical background or affinity for engineering, a passion for technology, and a desire to play a huge role in generating a greener future.
The Role:
- Monitor and control performance for large solar farms and battery systems, managing O&M contracts to ensure all requirements are met.
- Act as the first point of contact for owners, stakeholders, and subcontractors, while preparing monthly and annual reports for internal and external parties.
- Co-manage operational strategy to maximise returns by analysing system performance, creating multiyear portfolio strategies, and driving process innovations.
- Take financial responsibility for the profitability of your assigned projects.
The Person:
- Proven experience in a similar Asset Management role with a technical focus
- Degree or equivalent in relevant engineering field
- Confident communicating in English (Dutch preferred but not essential)
