This well-established company are currently looking for an Technical Coordinator to join their team based in York to assist with coordinating technical projects in the surrounding areas. This housebuilder complete a range of residential developments in the north west and have massive growth plans that double their current plot turnover in the next 4 years. The company pride themselves on delivering high quality homes to their customers and have been recognised for their achievements from the residential construction industry. Due to this growth they are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join their growing departments.
In this role you will handle all technical aspects of a housebuilding project. This will include services, onsite issues, handling enquires, helping to produce/interpret technical drawings and creating delivery schedules. The company are committed to developing their own workforce; therefore, offering additional training and support as well as opportunities to progress within the business.
This is a varied and challenging role and would ideally suit an Technical Coordinator who has experience working for a housebuilder, looking to work for a prestigious company, alongside receiving a great salary and package.
