This company are leading the way for workplace software and technologies. With a global client basis they are looking for a Technical Customer Service Advisor to join the expanding and growing company.

In this role you will work in shifts to provide after sales technical support for global clients as you monitor, diagnose and troubleshoot, operating like a helpdesk support professional to provide software support to clients that need it.

The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills and knowledge about software support to help them support clients with their software issues that may occur. The company are looking for someone who have had exposure to supporting customers with their bespoke software applications.

The Role:
*Monitor and support clients with issues
*Demonstrate and train clients on company products, services, applications
*Identify improvements on systems
*Complete ad-hoc requests that may be occasionally required.

The Person:
*Wants to have a shift based job
*Previous experience in a technical service role
*Interested in software
*Able to talk /present in front of clients and others.
*Basic knowledge of PCs and tech
