Exeter, Devon

£26,000-£30,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Pension + Excellent Training and Progression

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Excellent role on offer for a creative individual with strong Technical Customer Service background looking to build a career within a rapidly growing business, who are going through a huge period of growth.

Do you have experience dealing with telephone based customer service? Do you have a Gas/Plumbing background and perhaps are now looking for a desk based job?

This rapidly growing company specialise in the manufacture of appliances. Working within a niche but rapidly growing market, they have ambitious plans for growth in place.

In this role you will be responsible for providing after sales care to clients, technical product support, assisting with retailer enquiries etc.

This role would therefore ideally suit an individial with a heating/gas/plumbing background that is looking for a desk based monday to friday job.

The Role:

* Providing technical customer service to customers

*Monday - Friday days

* Dealing with retailer questions

* Exciting opportunity to develop and learn

The Person:

* Must have very strong communication skills

* IT literate with a good knowledge of Excel

* Gas/heatibg/plumbing background
