Technical Key Account Manager
Cardiff with travel to Philippines
£50,000 - £70,000 DOE + Flights + Expenses + Personal Allowance + Healthcare + Life Assurance 3x salary + Pension Scheme + 25 days holiday (plus 8 days bank holiday) + Income protection/Sickness pay

Excellent opportunity for a Key Account Manager to receive exceptional industry training and travel the world in a thriving maritime specialist, offering generous benefits package.

This globally recognised Marine Engineering company provide specialist infrastructure and technology services and are listed on the UK stock market. They are growing exponentially and are looking to make several hires into their delivery and customer success teams.

In this role you will communicate roadmap recommendations to customers working alongside the sales and project delivery teams. You will analyse customer data to draw insights and communicate those findings to adjust campaigns for improved customer experience. You will travel to the Philippines for 1 week every 6 weeks.

The ideal candidate will be excited at the prospect of travelling internationally and gaining high level industry training. You will have experience in a technical customer facing role. You will be confident understanding customer needs and how they will utilise new systems to support the delivery of Infrastructure & networking projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Key Accounts Manager to travel internationally with all flights and accommodation paid for, learn new skills and receive exceptional training in a Maritime Technology specialist.

The Role:
*Travel to Philippines 1 x every 6 weeks - accommodation & allowance on top of salary
*Develop and continuously improve knowledge of business products and services
*Liaising with internal teams, sales and product development and delivery
*Ensuring technical designs and installation of systems meets customer requirements

The Person:
*Previous experience in a technical Key Accounts or Customer success management role
*Ability to manage and positively influence customers from different ethnic and political backgrounds
*Experience managing customer expectations and queries
*Based in Cardiff - Willing to travel to the Philippines
