£39,000 - £46,000 + £7,500 Car Allowance + Progression Opportunities + Personal Development

Excellent role on offer for a Technical Manager looking to work for a highly-respected surveying consultancy firm offering extensive progression opportunities.

This company are a multi-disciplinary consultancy offering Land Surveying based services into a diverse range of sectors including Construction, Civil Engineering, Utilities, Infrastructure and Energy. They work on a diverse portfolio of project values from small to large scale works with both private and public sector clients. Having grown throughout the pandemic and with an impressive order book, they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their growing team.

The purpose of this role is to understand and contribute to the business's strategic aims through improving technical process, technologies and equipment to improve overall performance. Your responsibilities will include; working with the management team to identify and resolve business issues, identify appropriate solutions to improve business efficiency and processes, create relevant training and documentation for implementing business changes and designing and implementing any new action or plans.

This role would therefore ideally suit an individual with strong experience within a surveying discipline, this includes Land, Utilities or Gas related projects. You will have good technical knowledge, curiosity for continuous improvement and new technology. Having a surveying qualification or related would be advantageous. You will also have the desire to progress and develop your career.

*Strong technical experience within a surveying discipline or related
