Technical Sales Engineer
$70,000 - $80,000 + Commission (OTE $115,000-$125,000 First-Year Earnings) + Earning Shares + Training + Progression + Full Benefits

On offer is a varied and rewarding role where you will take ownership of projects from initial enquiry through to completion, working closely with field teams and clients to deliver tailored engineering solutions. You will receive hands-on product training, shadow senior engineers, and gain exposure to large-scale, high-value projects, positioning you to progress into a senior, high-earning role.
This role would suit an engineer with experience in industrial equipment or aftermarket products looking for strong technical development, increased responsibility, and long-term career progression.
The Role:
- Evaluate service opportunities and create technical solutions for repairs and upgrades
- Provide real-time quotes and support to field technicians on-site
- Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams on larger, high-value projects
- Receive ongoing training, shadowing, and technical development
The Candidate:
- Background in Boilers, HVAC, or Industrial / Aftermarket Equipment (e.g. pumps, valves, rotating equipment)
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and/or electrical diagrams
- Engineering qualification or relevant hands-on experience
- Motivated to move into or develop within a technical sales role
