This company is a one of a kind Solar company who have been in business for 20 years who provide autonomous reliable power systems mainly for the department of defence and the government. They design and manufacture a variety of bespoke products used in recon equipment, medical equipment and radars that track rockets, with most of their products used in life or death situations. With a brand new building, they have big growth plans this year and are looking for a motivated individual to join their team.
They are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be the first port of call when it comes to providing customer technical support or service issues for their products. You will be working closely with multiple departments to quickly and efficiently solve customer issues. This includes both telephone calls and site visits both domestic and international.
The ideal candidate must have experience within the power industry with experience troubleshooting AC and DC circuits. Experience working on generators is preferred and must have excellent communication skills.

* A.S. Degree in Engineering Technology or Electronics
* Experience troubleshooting AC and DC circuits.
