Technical Support Engineer (CHP / Gas Engines)
$45- $52 per hour + Bonus + Progression + Full Medical + 401(k) + PTO + Excellent Benefits

Are you a Field Service Engineer with strong Gas Engine experience looking to move off the tools and into a specialist remote technical support position where you can become a go-to expert within an international business?
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a remote position in a highly influential role supporting Engineers and customers across the USA and globally while developing your technical expertise even further.
The company are global leaders within the CHP and power generation sector with a reputation for investing heavily in their employees through technical progression, specialist training and long-term career development.
You will manage Technical Helpdesk cases, provide fault-finding support across CHP / Gas Engines and work closely with Engineers, Service Managers and international teams to resolve complex technical issues.
This role would suit a highly skilled power generation Engineer looking for a technical leadership position offering progression, autonomy and the opportunity to become a key technical expert within a major international organization.
The Role:
- Provide technical support and fault-finding assistance across CHP and Jenbacher systems
- Support Engineers and customers across the USA and globally

- Strong Jenbacher product knowledge
- Background in Field Service, Commissioning or Technical Support
- Looking for progression into a technical specialist role
