Are you an Electrician or an Electrically qualified Engineer, looking for an office based role within a successful and growing business, offering full product and technical training and career progression?
On offer is a highly varied role, where you will be responding to customer enquiries, offering technical advice to resolve technical issues remotely, and also supporting with internal testing of products and updating wiring diagrams.
This company specialise in the design, development and manufacture of an ever-expanding range of electrical products. They are constantly striving to stay ahead of market trends and competition so have a strong focus on new product development.
This role would suit an Electrically biased Engineer, looking for an office based role with long term career prospects and ongoing technical development.
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Helping to resolve customer technical issues
- Wiring diagrams for new components and amending existing ones
- Office based role
- Monday to Friday, days based role
- Electrically qualified Engineer
- Competent with wiring regulations
- Previous experience within a technical support role would be advantageous
- Ability to use MS Office and PowerPoint etc. would be beneficial
