£30,000 - £40,000 + Pension + Hybrid work + Growth with the company

Are you looking to come off the tools and head up the technical support department within the Battery storage industry?

Are you experienced with the technical workings of battery storage used in products such as solar, camper vans and golf carts?

In this role you will provide technical support to customers via phone or CRM system as well as fault finding and testing of faulty products. They will also aid with the design, development, testing and analysis of new and existing LiFePO4 products, such as rack systems, Solar PV Systems and all-in-one batteries.

The ideal candidate will have an electrical background with knowledge of Lithium batteries, BMS, solar inverters and systems design. Playing a key role in providing expert knowledge and information to clients, customers and colleagues.

The Role:
- Customer technical support for battery storage products.
- Servicing and fault finding the products.
- Developing, testing and analysis of new and existing products including rack systems, SolarPV Systems and all-in-one batteries.
- Design basic wiring schematics.
- Remote and office work

The Person:
- Strong technical knowledge of solar and battery storage systems
- Experience in testing, analysing, and troubleshooting lithium battery systems.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of the design of wiring schematics for DC and/or AC electrical systems
