Tender Manager (Solar & BESS)
Utrecht - Hybrid
€5,000 - €6,000 per month + Company Bonus + 28 Days Annual Leave + Pension Scheme + Travel Allowance + Company Benefits
Are you a Tender Manager with experience working on multidisciplinary projects, eager to advance your career with a market leading renewable energy company working on prestigious Solar & BESS infrastructure across Europe?
On offer is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within the business, where you will take the lead on tender processes to produce winning proposals for large-scale projects.

Their highly skilled team designs, develops, and delivers state-of-the-art solar energy systems that power businesses across the Benelux, France, Germany, and Scandinavia, with headquarters in the Netherlands. They are driving the transition to a cleaner, more sustainable future and are now looking for a Tender Manager to join their passionate team of industry experts.
In this role, you will work alongside the sales team, leading the end-to-end tender process by coordinating technical designs, procurement costs, and contract negotiations to secure large-scale commercial agreements for Solar & BESS infrastructure.
This role would suit an experienced Tender Manager with a proven background managing tender processes for complex infrastructure projects. Fluent English is essential with experience working in the European market.

The Role:
- Coordinate large-scale bids and manage accurate cost calculations to produce winning proposals for Solar & BESS projects
- Align procurement, planning, and commercial terms with all parties
- Ensure technical alignment with customer requirements
- Maintain and develop customer relationship throughout
The Person:
- Experience managing tenders for large scale, multidisciplinary projects
- Proven experience working in the European market
- HBO Educated
- Fluent in English
