Tool Room Supervisor
£38,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Training + Excellent Company Benefits
Banbury (Ideally located: Oxford, Coventry, Leamington Spa)

Due to ongoing growth and investment, they are in need of a Tool Room Supervisor to help manage day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing and managing the operations of the tool room, a crucial department responsible for the design, fabrication, maintenance, and repair of moulds used in injection processes.
This position is ideal for an individual with CAD/CAM proficiency and the ability to read basic technical drawings, along with knowledge of injection mould tooling, who aims to progress in their career.
The Role:
- Managing the tool room
- Maintenance of mould tools
- Monday to Friday
