$35 - $45 p/h

In this role, you'll take ownership of maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of utility systems across the facility. You'll be trusted to keep things running smoothly, respond to issues quickly, and play a key part in preventative maintenance. There's a strong team around you, but you'll have the autonomy to get stuck in and make decisions.
If you've got a solid background in plant utilities and enjoy being the go-to person when things need fixing - this is a role not to be missed.
The Role:
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, boilers, compressors, and water systems
- Carry out preventative maintenance across all site utilities
- Respond to breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime
- Support continuous improvement of plant reliability
The Person:
- Experience working with HVAC, pumps, boilers, and compressors
- Background in utilities within a manufacturing or plant environment
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working independently
