On offer is a leadership-focused role where you will coordinate fabrication strategy, oversee VDC execution, and act as the key link between field operations, fabrication teams, and project leadership. You'll play a major role in driving project execution, mentoring teams, improving processes, and helping shape the future growth of the division.
This role would suit someone an ambitious electrical construction professional with VDC or fabrication experience looking to move into a broader leadership position, with the ambition to progress into Director-level management within a growing business.
The Role:
- Lead fabrication and VDC execution across major electrical construction projects
- Coordinate fabrication schedules, logistics plans, and installation sequencing
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project and fabrication teams
The Candidate:
- Electrical construction background with VDC, BIM, or fabrication experience
- Strong coordination and leadership skills within commercial or industrial projects
- Ambition to progress into senior leadership or Director-level roles
