Are you an experienced warehouse or logistics professional with strong team leadership experience looking for a hands-on supervisory role within a global manufacturing business offering a 4.5 day work week (half day on Fridays) and long-term progression opportunities?
On offer is a shipping leadership position where you will oversee a team of shipping specialists, taking ownership of day-to-day operations within the shipping department. You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of highly specialized products.

The Role:
- Lead and manage a team of 3 Shipping Specialists within a fast-paced accessories shipping operation
- Oversee daily warehouse shipping activities including picking, staging, loading, documentation, and dispatch
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping leadership with a hands-on management style
- Comfortable operating forklifts and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong organizational skills with experience using ERP or warehouse management systems
