Are you a Web Support Technician with a background in Software who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
This outstanding College is seeking a Web Support Technician who will be responsible for a wide range of activities in Web Support for students and staff. The College is a highly-respected institution that provides health courses and has exciting plans to grow on a global scale.
In this role, you will provide technical support to users across the company and take part in IT projects. You will be responsible for researching and solving problems and using a ticketing system to record support queries.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Software, with basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS, as well as knowledge or experience of platforms such as SQL and Moodle.

- Experience in using software such as HTML and CSS
