£17 - £17.50 p/h (£35,360 - £40,560) - Then Rises to £19.50 p/h + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Progression + Excellent Benefits

An excellent role an offer for a Workshop looking to join a market leading company where you will be supervising the day-to-day running of a busy industrial engineering company.

In this role you will be supervising a busy industrial engineering service centre, where you will be overseeing 3 engineering bays (Welding, Fitting, and Machining). You will be communicating with all of the bays Team Leaders, ensuring that customer projects are being completed to the best possible standards.

The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Supervisor, who has experience working in either Mechanical Fitting, Machining, or Welding. You must be looking to advance your career with endless training, and have fantastic people management skills.

The Person:

- Supervisor

- Experience in either Machining, Welding, or Fitting
- Strong people management skills
- Live local to York
