Are you an experienced people manager from an operations, business, facilities, or energy background looking for a high-impact leadership role?

This is an opportunity to join an established and growing organization where you will manage a team of four analysts, improve internal processes, and help maximize the financial value delivered to customers.

You will oversee team performance, workloads, priorities, tracking, and reporting. A key part of the position will involve helping the team understand how financial incentives affect project economics, customer payback, and ROI.

Direct experience with rebates or incentive programs is not essential. Candidates from operations, business, facilities management, energy, or similar backgrounds will be considered, provided they have genuine experience managing a team.

The Role

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four analysts
• Manage workloads, priorities, performance, tracking, and reporting
• Help improve customer payback and overall project ROI
• Develop and improve processes across a busy project environment

The Candidate

• Proven experience directly managing a team, ideally three or more people
• Background in operations, business, facilities, energy, or a related field
• Comfortable working with numbers, ROI, payback, or project economics
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills
