Are you an experienced Project Manager from the commercial or utility-scale solar industry looking to take the next step into a senior leadership position where you will lead teams, shape project delivery, and play a key role in the continued growth of an expanding business?

This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created senior management position with significant responsibility across a growing portfolio of utility-scale and community solar projects, with the opportunity to help develop the wider project management function and progress into executive leadership.

This company is a rapidly growing solar development and EPC organization specializing in land development, project origination, solar construction, and EPC delivery. With a strong family-oriented culture and continued growth across the business, they are expanding their leadership team to support an increasing project pipeline.

On offer is a senior leadership role where you will take ownership of project delivery while leading, mentoring, and developing Project Managers and Superintendents. You will have significant influence over budgets, schedules, clients, subcontractors, and project strategy while helping establish processes and standards across the project management function.

This role would suit an experienced solar Project Manager who is ready to move beyond individual project delivery and take genuine ownership of people, processes, and project performance, with the opportunity to establish themselves as a key leader within the business as it continues to grow.

The Role:

• Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Superintendents across multiple solar projects
• Take senior-level responsibility for project budgets, schedules, client relationships, construction performance, and successful project delivery
• Help develop project management processes, standards, and best practices while working closely with senior leadership

The Candidate:

• Experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering commercial, community, or utility-scale solar projects
• Proven experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to take ownership of people and project performance
• Ambitious leader looking to take the next step into senior management and ultimately progress into a Director-level position within a rapidly growing solar organization
