Are you an experienced Production Supervisor Shop Supervisor, or Millwork Supervisor looking to take ownership of production within a highly skilled architectural Millwork environment?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established manufacturer specializing in high-end, custom architectural millwork, working on projects across sectors including healthcare, hospitality, education, government, and commercial interiors.

You'll take a hands-on leadership role on the production floor, coordinating workflow, maintaining quality standards, solving technical challenges, and developing a skilled shop team. The company places a strong emphasis on training, professional development, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact on both production and the people you lead.

You will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, supporting quality and safety standards, providing technical guidance, and coaching employees to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

This role would suit a Production Supervisor, Shop Supervisor, Millwork Supervisor, Lead Carpenter, or Production Supervisor with strong architectural millwork experience and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.

The Role:

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities across the shop floor
• Manage workflow, quality, safety and production efficiency
• Provide hands-on technical support and resolve production issues
• Coach, develop and support the production team

The Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of custom millwork fabrication and manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/shop drawings
• OSHA knowledge; AWI and/or Lean Manufacturing experience beneficial
