Are you an Electrical Engineer with renewable energy and interconnection experience looking to become a recognized technical expert within a growing organization, where you can take ownership of complex projects and establish yourself as the go-to technical specialist?

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a highly technical position where you will have significant influence over renewable energy projects, interconnection strategy, electrical design, and technical decision-making, while working closely with senior stakeholders, utilities, engineers, and project teams.

This company is a rapidly growing solar development and EPC organization specializing in land development, project origination, solar farms, and construction. With continued growth across the business and a strong family-oriented culture, they are expanding their technical capabilities to support an increasing project pipeline.

On offer is a technically focused role where you will lead interconnection activities, perform electrical engineering and analysis, review complex technical documentation, and provide specialist guidance throughout the development and delivery of renewable energy projects. You will become a key point of contact for technical matters and have the opportunity to develop deep expertise across solar, interconnection, transmission, and energy storage.

This role would suit an experienced Electrical Engineer with renewable energy and interconnection experience who wants to become a recognized technical authority, take ownership of complex engineering challenges, and build a long-term career as a key technical specialist within a growing business.

The Role:

• Lead interconnection and transmission activities while providing technical engineering expertise across renewable energy projects
• Become a key technical point of contact for engineering, interconnection, design, and regulatory matters
• Develop specialist knowledge across solar, BESS, power flow, stability, and renewable energy systems while working directly with senior stakeholders and external partners
