This company is a growing solar development and EPC organization specializing in land development, project origination, solar farms, and construction. With a strong family-oriented and community-focused culture, they are expanding their project portfolio and looking for experienced professionals to support continued growth.

On offer is a senior Superintendent position where you'll oversee the day-to-day construction of large-scale solar projects, manage subcontractors, drive schedules, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Projects are generally located within approximately 2-3 hours of Rochester, meaning you can remain relatively local while still benefiting from lucrative GSA-rate per diem whenever travel is required. This creates an excellent opportunity for an experienced Superintendent to maximize their total compensation while working on exciting renewable energy projects.

This role would suit an experienced Solar Superintendent who wants to increase their earning potential, take ownership of major projects, and build a long-term career within a growing solar organization.

The Role:

• Oversee construction activities on large-scale commercial, community, and utility-scale solar projects
• Lead subcontractors and manage site schedules, safety, QA/QC, logistics, and project turnover
• Travel to project sites with GSA-rate per diem provided, allowing you to significantly increase your total earnings

The Candidate:

• Experienced Superintendent with a strong track record delivering commercial, community, or utility-scale solar projects
• Strong general construction experience with the ability to lead subcontractors and manage complex project sites
