Are you an experienced Solar Project Developer looking to become a recognized technical and commercial expert within a growing renewable energy business, where you can take ownership of projects?

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior position where you will become a key point of contact across land acquisition, permitting, interconnection, utility coordination, and project development, with significant influence over the success of projects from initial concept through construction readiness.

This company is a rapidly growing solar development and EPC organization specializing in land development, project origination, solar farms, and construction. With a strong family-oriented and community-focused culture, they are continuing to expand their project pipeline and are looking for experienced professionals to play a major role in that growth.

On offer is a senior-level position where you will lead solar projects through the full development lifecycle, working directly with utilities, municipalities, landowners, consultants, regulators, and internal engineering and construction teams. You will be relied upon for your technical knowledge, commercial judgement, and ability to solve complex development challenges.

This role would suit an experienced Solar Project Developer who wants to move beyond simply managing individual development tasks and become a recognized subject matter expert with genuine ownership and influence over the company's growing project pipeline.

The Role:

• Lead commercial and community-scale solar and storage projects from origination through Notice to Proceed and EPC handoff
• Become a key technical point of contact for interconnection, permitting, land acquisition, utility coordination, and development strategy
• Work directly with utilities, municipalities, landowners, engineers, consultants, and regulatory bodies to overcome complex development challenges

The Candidate:

• Experienced Solar Project Developer with a proven track record taking projects from origination through NTP
• Strong knowledge of interconnection, permitting, land acquisition, utility processes, and renewable energy development
• Ambitious professional looking to become a recognized technical expert and go-to person within a growing solar organization, with the opportunity to take ownership of increasingly complex projects and development initiatives
