The Role

• Bridge Design Engineer working on complex bridge and crossing projects
• Design using the company's patented bridge component that reduces cost and boosts build efficiency
• Support client development and technical leadership as the business scales
• Grow and mentor the design team with a clear path to director and ownership
• Based in Maine with some travel; relocation support available

The Person

• Structural / Transportation / Civil Engineer with bridge or crossing experience
• Strong structural design background on bridges, roadways, transportation systems, or general civil
• Experience with AASHTO standards
• Motivated by growth, leadership, and ownership - not just delivery
