Are you an Ignition SCADA Developer looking to work on greenfield projects, expand your technical skillset and gain exposure to multiple industries?

Do you have strong experience with Ignition, SQL and Python and want to join an established team where you can continue developing as a SCADA specialist?

This is a fully remote opportunity with a well-established Ignition partner known for long-term stability, cross-training across leading automation platforms and a strong pipeline of project work.

The company is a leading partner across Ignition SCADA, PI and AVEVA Wonderware, with a strong reputation in the oil & gas sector while continuing to expand into new industries.

You'll work across the full development lifecycle, from gathering customer requirements and designing intuitive HMIs to integrating field devices, developing custom scripts and delivering reliable SCADA solutions.

This role would suit a mid-level Ignition Developer looking for long-term stability, varied project exposure and the opportunity to deepen their expertise across SCADA, databases and automation technologies.

The Position:

• Developing and enhancing Ignition SCADA systems, including HMI development and system optimization
• Integrating field devices, developing custom software/scripts and working with relational databases
• Gathering customer requirements, translating them into technical solutions and supporting project delivery
• Working on greenfield projects within a fully remote environment, with opportunities to cross-train across Ignition, PI and AVEVA Wonderware

The Person:

• Proven hands-on experience developing within Ignition SCADA, including HMI development
• Strong SCADA knowledge with experience integrating field devices and automation systems
• Proficient with SQL and Python scripting, with experience working with relational databases
• 3+ years of relevant experience with strong communication and client-facing skills
