An exciting opportunity for an experienced Safety Manager to join a leading contractor delivering large-scale industrial construction projects in the Buffalo area. This is a long-term, permanent position offering strong career progression, ongoing development, and the chance to work across multiple projects.

This well-established contractor has secured a strong backlog of industrial projects and is continuing to expand its safety leadership team. They are looking for a driven Safety Manager to oversee site safety, ensure compliance, and promote a strong safety culture across active job sites.

In this role, you will be based in the Buffalo area, working across multiple projects, ensuring all site activities are delivered safely, in line with company standards and OSHA regulations.

The Role:

• Safety Manager across multiple industrial construction projects
• Site-based role working closely with field teams and subcontractors
• Overseeing safety programs, compliance, and site procedures
• Driving safety culture and ensuring adherence to OSHA and company standards

The Person:

• Safety Manager with experience in industrial or heavy construction
• Strong on-site background (not purely office-based)
• Proven ability to manage safety across active construction environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
