Do you enjoy working with data, solving problems and staying one step ahead when priorities change? This is an opportunity to join a highly automated manufacturing environment where you'll learn production planning from an experienced team.

This is a permanent, Monday-Friday position with a structured 1-3 month training program, giving you the knowledge and support to become fully confident managing production schedules, inventory and customer requirements.

You'll join a well-established global manufacturer with highly automated production lines, strong employee tenure and a reputation for investing in its people. There is also a clear path to progress through different levels of planning, with the opportunity to work towards a Planning Manager role over time.

Your day will involve working closely with production supervisors and customer service, monitoring inventory and orders, updating production schedules and making decisions when priorities change. The planning knowledge can be taught; the mindset is what matters.

The Role:

• Updating and managing production schedules throughout the day based on orders, inventory, production output and changing priorities
• Monitoring inventory and entering, updating and tracking production information through SAP
• Working closely with production supervisors and customer service to ensure customer demands and production requirements are met
• Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

The Person:

• Experience in manufacturing, production, customer service, operations, logistics or a similar fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data; SAP experience is a bonus
• Highly adaptable and comfortable making decisions when priorities, orders and production requirements change
• Self-sufficient, organized and solution-focused, with the ability to think critically and consider both customer and production needs
