In this role, you will receive specialist training from industry experts, developing the skills to manage both electrical and mechanical projects from start to finish. You will maintain state-of-the-art equipment, troubleshoot electrical systems, install new machinery, carry out welding, and coordinate maintenance schedules. The role offers plenty of autonomy while working closely with the engineering team to keep operations running smoothly and support the integration of new equipment.

This role is perfect for a Maintenance Technician from an electrical, manufacturing, or facilities background looking for a fast-paced role with a clear route to Maintenance Supervisor.

The Role:

• Maintaining state-of-the-art equipment, installing new machinery, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Welding and coordinating maintenance schedules while working closely with the engineering team.
• Receiving specialist training across a range of state-of-the-art electrical and mechanical systems.
• Third shift, Monday to Friday.

The Person:

• Maintenance experience within a manufacturing or facilities environment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Ambition to progress into a leadership role and manage a team in the future
